What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect the details you enter (name, email, phone, ZIP, service needs). When you create a client account we also store the information you add to your profile (such as address and access notes), your messages with us, and any photos or files you upload.
How we use it
Only to quote, schedule and perform cleaning services and to communicate with you. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
You, and the Wall 2 Wall Janitorial team members who need it to serve you. Cleaners can see only the appointments assigned to them, including the address and access notes for those visits. Uploaded files are private and are not publicly accessible.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with our service providers Supabase (database and file storage) and Netlify (website hosting).
